The biggest reward in my work, in addition to the results achieved, is the satisfaction of our customers, that keep coming back to us, confirming time and again that we are leaders in the fashion industry.

I put a lot of love and effort in my work and everyone around can see it, but when you love what you do, it's easy. My superpower is my ability to motivate the poeple around me. When you're passionate about what you do, and you can see the payoff/end result, it makes it all very rewarding. Merchandising allows me to do that. It makes coming to work each day a joy, and there's always something new and exciting to do. Confidence is my super power. It alows me to be the best and most effective version of myself. My colleagues are my second family.

I have always been an adventurous person, and Sportina is exactly that. 

I have jumped into this vortex and for 10 years I have been riding the waves of good vibrations reflected by Sportina. My biggest passion in work is the sense of belonging that I have with my customers, by making them smile, and who return to us over and over. I love my job, I love everything about the Six brand and my energy is reflected in all the corners of the store.  We are a good team – for better or for worse.

I have always been a fashion lover and spent a lot of my free time shopping. Sportina gave me the opportunity to work in sales and fashion at the same time. I work with young and uninhibited colleagues, who are always willing to do their best for the team.

Instead of going to medical school, I chose Sportina! 

I am a perfectionist and I take care of all of the details. I try to find the most ideal placement for each garment, which can be demanding at times, but nothing compares to the satisfaction one feels when you can see the final product of your work. Surrounded by hardworking and responsible people, we have been growing together, for over 10 years.

I have been a part of the Sportina story for 15 years, and in this time I have made advances, both personally and professionally. I am honoured to be a part of Sportina, while also feeling a sense of responsibility towards all of our customers, who have been loyal to us for many years. I love my work! In all of these years, my colleagues and I have become a real family.

My first steps in the shop led me, through Marketing to the position of Retail Manager

I believe it's important to love what you do, as love for the work brings better business results, while success also has an impact on personal self-esteem, relationships and satisfaction. In a large company, such as Sportina, an interesting business challenge can arise at any time, and with it the possibility for advancement – as happened to me. I am honoured to be a part of the brand name expansion and new market penetration.

I have been a part of Sportina for so long that I have learned a lot. I love that I'm a part of this because of my colleagues, the positive thinking about the future, the possibilities for constant improvement and growth. There is nothing better than the feeling of satisfaction and the fulfilment you get, when you observe satisfied colleagues and reach the goals you had set.  

Still passionate about my work, ten years in. 

I do what fulfils me, even after all these years. An important part is my good relations with my colleagues. I am a team player, and I always try to share my knowledge with others. We have collegial and friendly relations.

Life is full of obstacles and challenges, and Sportina was my biggest challenge. I have undoubtedly gained life and work experience here. At Sportina, everything happens fast in a dynamic environment, and I believe that my powers of prioritisation have been noticed and recognised by the company.

I am aware that only passion can lead to exceptional results, which is why it is always the basis of creativity and the generation of new ideas in my line of work. I see it expressed in every step along the way, from the work process itself, right up to the final result.

I’ve ran 15 marathons so far, and I’ve been running with Sportina for 15 years

My motto is that there is nothing that cannot be improved further. Even though I am impulsive and hyperactive, I am always smiling. With the help of my internal strength, I am able to inspire and motivate others and make them feel better, even when there is a storm raging inside of me. I am always prepared to help others, and I am driven by my endurance and my iron will.

It is a great honour to have worked for the largest retailer in SE Europe for more than 13 years.

Once upon a time I was a student; now I manage 15 shops and 77 employees. The thought that my daily »work« contributes to the lives of others (buyers, colleagues, friends, etc.), added to the fact that we’re creating fashion together, while growing and developing, it gives me even more strength and the desire to be successful.
