Dear candidates,
You provide us with your personal data when applying for an advertised vacancy or when registering in the candidates database.
When applying for an advertised post, we will require from you the following personal data:
- Basic data (first name, last name, date of birth).
- Contact information (e-mail, phone number, residence address).
- Information about education and work experience (resume/CV).
Vacancies are advertised on our website and you can apply for them by filling out a web form or sending an e-mail.
After receiving your application for an advertised post, we will check whether you meet advertised requirements and select appropriate candidates. Selected candidates will be invited to an interview and possibly to the additional testing of skills and abilities. When personal characteristics are important or even critical for performing certain tasks (e.g. good communication skills, team work skills, leadership skills), certain candidates will be referred to do psychometric tests conducted by our contracted partner.
Personal data of the candidates who do not enter the further selection process, who give us consent to file their application and additional personal data from the application process, will be kept in the Sportina Bled, d.o.o. database after selection for a potential subsequent call for a job interview in Sportina Bled, d.o.o. If you allow us, we will process your data to find an appropriate post more easily, as well as to evaluate some personal aspects, interests and skills, and to be able to better predict your performance, talents, preferences, etc.
If you send us an application or express an interest in getting employment in our company at your own initiative and submit your personal data via the web form, we will ask for your consent to the entry of submitted data in the candidate database of Sportina Bled, d.o.o., for keeping your personal data for a potential subsequent call for an interview or consent to the processing of personal data about certain personal aspects, interests and skills in order to predict your performance, talents, preferences, etc. If you give us your consent, we will keep submitted personal data in the candidate database for a maximum period of one year after receiving your application.
Personal data in the candidate database of Sportina Bled, d.o.o. may be accessible to authorised persons of the operator (Sportina Bled, d.o.o., Alpska cesta 43, 4248 Lesce), authorised persons from human resource divisions of subsidiary companies of the Sportina Group, as well as to our contracted partners (personal data processors), companies which offer website tools and applications supporting automatic processing of personal data in the database. Sportina Bled selects data processors through conscious assessment as the privacy of candidates as well as of our clients is extremely important to us and crucial to building trust.
Due to the implementation of a single employment policy at Sportina level, we kindly ask you to give consent to Sportina Bled, d. o. o., Alpska cesta 43, 4248 Lesce and authorised persons from human resource divisions in all subsidiary companies of the Sportina Group to access your personal data. We will keep personal data of the candidates who give their consent to the processing of personal data after completion of the selection process for a period of maximum one year after applying for an advertised post.
The candidates who gave their consent to the entry of data in the database, and/or to the assessment of certain aspects to find an appropriate post more easily, may withdraw their consent at any moment over the period of one year of data saving by sending us a written notification via e-mail to zaposlitev@sportina.si or by mail to the address of the head office of Sportina Bled, d.o.o.
